Eat, pray, love - 真実
この間、『食べ、祈って、愛をして』という映画を再見しました。何回目だっただろう。もう数えられないと思います。それにしてもいつも違う言葉に引っ張られます。こんかいは次の言葉をシェアしたかったのです。
In the end, I've come to believe in something I call 'The Physics of the Quest.' A force in nature governed by laws as real as the laws of gravity. The rule of Quest Physics goes something like this: If you're brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, which can be anything from your house to bitter, old resentments, and set out on a truth-seeking journey, either externally or internally, and if you are truly willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue and if you accept everyone you meet along the way as a teacher and if you are prepared, most of all, to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself, then the truth will not be withheld from you.
真実は一つだけでなく、人がいる数と同じ数だと思います。自分の真実をどうやって自ら探しますか。自分に直面して許してそのすべてを受けいれることがとてもとても大事で、一番難しいと思います。やって行くうちにいつかはわかると思います。生きていくことは、今の私にとって、体の感覚や気持ちに耳を澄ませることです。色んなことを厳しくても教えてくれるのです。ありがたい～！
